In this 90-minute live, interactive webinar you will learn tactics for immediate application. The content reduces both stress and likelihood of operational breakdowns. We include a variety of simple practices and techniques that you can apply immediately to reduce your stress and anxiety. In this session you will: 

1. Become familiar with the neurobiological effects of stress on the brain and increase your understanding that our reactions to stress are biological;
2. Learn to use several tools designed to help you identify and gauge levels of stress;
3. Experience simple practices and techniques that you can apply immediately to reduce your stress and anxiety;
4. Have time for live Q&A;
5. Receive a variety of resources for additional support; and
6. Have access to a recording of the webinar and all handouts. 

Facilitator Biography and Corporate Information:
Ms. Atieno Bird, MA, has over twenty years of experiential training, facilitation, and coaching experience. She is skilled in creating and delivering effective learning events in-person and via video, and consulting on strengths-based change, conflict skills, and expanding communication, resilience, and change-readiness capacities. She holds a Masters in Conflict Transformation and certifications in coaching, action learning, and group planning methodologies.

When physician and public health scientist Dr. Siddharth Ashvin Shah founded Greenleaf in 2008, he brought with him years of experience providing trauma-informed consulting in the wake of natural disasters and multiple mass casualty events, including the 9/11 attacks. Since then, Greenleaf has been honored to serve a diverse range of public and private organizations operating in highly demanding environments – including numerous recent engagements focused on mitigating COVID-19 stress and trauma.
