For-profit U.S. small businesses with an active SAM.gov registration and contract history with U.S. Government (USG) agencies and/or bilateral, multilateral, or philanthropic donors providing international assistance (or the intent to expand into these client bases) are eligible for membership. Small business joint ventures are also eligible for full membership.

Participation in SBAIC events is limited to small business organizations with an active membership and includes employees of that small business organization, as well as SBAIC businesses/vendors and sponsors and invited external parties (for example, USG staff or guest speakers).

Annual dues for Full Members are $400 with an additional $14 for electronic check and/or credit card payment processing.

Full Member benefits include:

  • Company Profile, News and Success Stories on www.sbaic.org. Members can update their profile on the website in real time.
  • Exposure in SBAIC monthly newsletter. Member companies can submit articles, events and news to be included in the newsletter on topics relevant to USG agencies (as well as other donors) providing foreign assistance.
  • Ability to be a Board Member of a Committee with voting rights. The Board consists of the following committees: Executive, Executive, Communications and Outreach, Membership, and Procurement.

Our speakers provide critical information on contractual, financial, legal, and other relevant topics that help members become more competitive. Meetings generally occur on the first Tuesday of every month.
  • Attend SBAIC's Speaker Series six times per year. Our speakers provide critical information on contractual, financial, legal, and other relevant topics that help members become more competitive.
  • Ability to sponsor and participate in regular SBAIC Networking Receptions with USG agencies such as MCC, State Department, USTDA, and others. SBAIC also provides networking opportunities with non-USG donors such as the ADB and World Bank.
