They will discuss topics such as managing cash-flow, virtual proposal development, virtual project implementation, keeping employees engaged, staying on top of what you need to know, and whether you plan to keep your brick-and-mortar facility or go completely virtual.
This 90-minute panel discussion will focus on SBAIC member companies that experienced real challenges in the early stages of the pandemic and have been able to pivot and are adapting successfully. The event will be facilitated by SBAIC Special Events Co-chair, Erika Davis of Davis Management Group, Inc. There will be time allotted for questions and answers.
