Virtual Networking Event. Occurs the third Thursday of each month, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  
The purpose of this event is to better connect our members with opportunities in the international development community.  The focus will be on everything small businesses need to know as they prepare for the end-of-year tax season with an emphasis on reporting requirements related to new Small Business Administration (SBA) financial assistance programs like the Payroll Protection Program (PPP). Geraldine "Gerri" Lazarre, CPA MSTAX, Managing Partner of TriMerge Consulting Group; and Juan Ganem Rojas, CPA, Centric Senior District Manager for ADP, will be our special guests.

Gerri Lazarre, TriMerge Consulting Group
Gerri Lazarre started her career with the Audit and Assurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Miami, Florida, and brings more than 20 years of professional financial and management advisory experience in various services ranging from audits, accounting and financial management, budget and forecasting, operations and tax compliance. In 2003, she co-founded TriMerge Consulting Group (dba TriMergeCPA, TriMergeTax and TriMergePro), a professional financial and management consulting firm, licensed as a certified public accounting and temporary staffing firm, holding certifications as a WOSB, HUB Zone and 8a.

Juan Ganem, Automatic Data Procession, Inc.
Juan Ganem Rojas is a small business owner and has worked with ADP as a small business specialist for more than five years. Currently, he is ADP's Centric Senior District Manager in Miami Beach, Florida, overseeing a client book of more than 500 small businesses. ADP offers industry-leading online payroll and HR solutions, as well as tax, compliance, benefits administration, and other services.
