Talk to GSA about what matters most for small businesses that work OCONUS as they develop the requirements of the next Government-Wide Best-In-Class Contract! 

In partnership with the General Services Administration (GSA), SBAIC is hosting a small business industry input session to inform how GSA proceeds with establishing the requirements for the new Best-In-Class Multi-Agency Contract or BIC MAC vehicle. BIC MAC intends to consolidate multiple Best-In-Class and Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) vehicles including OASIS, HCATs, Alliant, VETS 2, 8a STARs II and other to reduce duplication of contracts and acquisition costs throughout the government. 

GSA published a Request for Information (RFI) for BIC MAC in March and subsequently held an industry day (link here: PowerPoint Presentation (gsa.gov) in early April. GSA plans to issue a second RFI in late May/early June and the actual solicitation is anticipated for Fiscal Year 2022. GSA would benefit from our experience as small businesses providing support OCONUS to incorporate considerations in the BIC MAC design to support small businesses to be competitive applicants for the contract.
