Training Event on Effective Virtual Capture with Keylime Consulting

SBAIC is delighted to offer this virtual training on Wednesday June 15 from 10AM-noon. Hosted by Ms. Susanne Barsoum, Founder and CEO of Keylime, the training will provide practical tips and highlight lessons learned on effective virtual capture. Prior to Keylime, Susanne was the director of Business Development for the Middle East at Chemonics International, leading dozens of successful proposals from 2005-2018. She has written scores of winning technical proposals to secure more than a billion dollars of USAID, DFID, and Department of State funds. In 2018, she launched Keylime Consulting, an industry-trusted marketplace for hiring consultants with USAID and other donor expertise to support the full project life cycle. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated a shift in how international development organizations, especially small businesses, capture and plan for new business opportunities. With limited resources and unpredictable travel contexts, small businesses have to continuously innovate to identify opportunities early on, mobilize resources needed to prepare for them, and strengthen their positions as viable competitors. Drawing from her experience and that of Keylime’s consultants, Susanne will present proven strategies and practical approaches to do just that!
