SBAIC & USAID Overseas Small Business Pre-Conference Networking Event

The Small Business Association for International Companies (SBAIC) in partnership with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) invites small businesses and USAID Partners to a Pre-Conference Workshop and Networking Reception. This event is intended as a precursor to the USAID Overseas Small Business Conference in Frankfurt, Germany scheduled for March 3 - 4, 2020.

As part of this informational workshop, Stephanie Fugate, Director of USAID’s Professional Development and Training Division (PDT) will facilitate an hour session on the topic of Co-creation. This session will provide information on the Co-creation concept, specifically with USAID and how it allows stakeholders including funders, implementers, supporting partners and potential users or beneficiaries to agree on problem definitions and jointly develop new solutions to specific challenges.

Immediately following the workshop, a networking reception is planned for attendees to engage with other small and large businesses, prime contractors, USAID Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and the Professional Development and Training (PDT) staff.
