Most recently, IBI was honored with the 2015 Small Business of the Year Award by USAID. IBI is dedicated to improving people's lives. Founded in 1996 by Dr. Lucie Phillips, IBI is a woman-owned small business headquartered in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. IBI provides insightful analysis and practical, timely solutions to challenges facing governments, civil society organizations, and companies. Our experience has shown that the value of fresh ideas lies in their local implementation.
