GeoPoll is a mobile survey platform of Mobile Accord, Inc (MAI), a U.S. registered small business. GeoPoll partners with mobile network operators (MNOs) in 100+ countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America & the Caribbean, and the Middle East. These partnerships allow GeoPoll to gain access to over 300 million mobile subscribers' phone numbers. GeoPoll helps to design and send custom one-off or longitudinal surveys that are free for respondents to receive, reply to, and most typically incentivized with a small mobile top-up credit. Surveys can be conducted over short message service (SMS), integrated voice response (IVR), computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), mobile web, or GeoPoll's own app. We can then aggregate the collected data into real-time dashboards and can produce custom reports on the information as requested by partners. The process for a one-off survey can be completed in about a week, or surveys can run on a daily, weekly, monthly, or on a yearly schedule according to the needs of the project.
