Thank you for registering for the upcoming Membership Meeting on Tuesday, June 2nd, at 10:00AM. The first part of the meeting is designed to include administrative and board actions. The remaining part is designated for presentations by invited guests. 

SBAIC is honored to have Kyleigh Payne, John Haecker and Betsy Bury of Management Systems International (MSI). MSI, a Tetra Tech Company, is a leading consulting firm providing services across various sectors such as democracy and governance, peace and stabilization, monitoring and evaluation, strategic communications, leadership and organizational development.

Kyleigh Payne currently serves as MSI’s Director of Business Development. In this role, she oversees a team of 12 in support of business development across all regions and practice areas, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation.

John Haecker is MSI’s Practice Area Leader for Leadership and Organizational Development. He has over 20 years of global experience as an organizational development specialist, trainer, certified leadership coach and skilled facilitator.

Betsy Bury is a leader in performance monitoring and adaptive management with more than 25 years of experience. She currently serves as a Practice Area Leader for MSI’s 25-person Strategy, Evaluation and Analysis practice. In this role, she overseas strategy, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) assignments for international development clients such as USAID.
