Cloudburst is a mission driven Women Owned Small Business working at the intersection of domestic and international development to improve social, economic, and environmental resilience.  

The Cloudburst Group is a mission-driven, Economically Disadvantaged, Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) whose staff strive to create impact, empower communities, and build resiliency. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area, we work at the intersection of domestic and international development to improve social, economic, and environmental resilience. With expertise in homelessness, housing & community development, environmental planning & compliance, land tenure, vulnerable populations, behavioral health, gender, food security, and economic development, Cloudburst provides services such as communications & knowledge management, technical assistance & capacity building, training, research & evaluation, data & analytics, disaster resiliency, and ICT4D (Information and Communications Technologies for Development). We collaborate with our clients, our partners, and the communities we serve to provide innovative, effective, and sustainable solutions that deliver a lasting impact for low income and vulnerable populations.
