Juarez & Associates, Inc. (J&A) is a U.S. small business with a 40-year track record providing management consulting services and conducting problem-solving research for the public and private sectors throughout the U.S. and the developing world. J&A presently has offices in Los Angeles, California, and Washington DC, with a USAID project office in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and permanent project staff in a half dozen countries around the world. J&A has managed projects as a prime and subcontractor, and has supervised partnerships among private and non-profit organizations and public agencies in complex cultural environments, transitioning economies, and countries in crises and conflict. Over the past three decades, the firm has partnered with USAID and host country governments to improve the quality of, equity in and access to educational systems, including access for children and youth in crisis and conflict environments. Our work places particular emphasis on vulnerable populations, such as indigenous groups, language minorities, girls, and out-of-school and at-risk youth.
